Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy

This Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy ("AML & CTF Policy") describes the measures and procedures applied by LAS Vision to prevent the use of its platform for illegal activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing. LAS Vision does not require mandatory KYC verification for all users by default. 4. Suspension of Transactions and Accounts

The Company reserves the right to: • Temporarily suspend transactions associated with an account; • Restrict or block access to the platform; • Request additional information or documentation; if there are indications of violations of this AML Policy or applicable laws and regulations.

5. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by law, the Company may report information related to suspicious activity to competent authorities. Any such disclosure is carried out strictly in accordance with applicable legal requirements and confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

Information collected as part of AML and CTF procedures is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of verification or as required by applicable law. Access to such data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requested; • Use the platform solely for lawful purposes; • Refrain from actions aimed at bypassing monitoring or control procedures. Violation of these obligations may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of cooperation with the Company.
